Acceptable Use Policy

The purpose of this policy is to:

• protect the security and integrity of the Platform
• prevent fraud, abuse, and manipulation
• maintain a safe and trustworthy environment for participants
• safeguard Aulax infrastructure and Platform systems.

Aulax operates as infrastructure connecting users and independent merchants, facilitating discovery, communication, and order processing but not acting as the seller of merchant goods or services.

This policy applies to all participants using the Service, including:

• users and consumers
• merchants and suppliers
• developers accessing APIs or Platform tools
• any person interacting with Aulax digital infrastructure.

Participants must not use the Service for activities that violate laws, Aulax policies, or the safety of other participants.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, those set out in the following sections.

Participants must not engage in fraudulent conduct including:

• creating fake or duplicate accounts
• impersonating another individual or business
• submitting fraudulent transactions
• manipulating order systems or payment flows
• exploiting promotions or rewards dishonestly.

Activities intended to deceive users, merchants, or Aulax may result in immediate enforcement action.

Participants must not attempt to manipulate or interfere with Platform systems including:

• ratings or reputation systems
• search rankings or discovery systems
• order processing systems
• moderation or reporting systems.

Artificially influencing visibility, rankings, or reviews is prohibited.

Aulax operates physical-digital infrastructure that supports discovery, ordering, and collection.

Participants must not:

• tamper with QR codes, the Aulax Order Code, or order verification systems
• attempt to bypass or falsify order or collection signals
• reverse engineer or interfere with Platform hardware or software
• attempt to disrupt Platform security or operations.

Infrastructure misuse may result in immediate suspension of access.

The Service must not be used for unlawful purposes including:

• selling or promoting illegal goods or services
• conducting fraud, scams, or financial deception
• distributing malicious software or harmful code
• engaging in criminal activity.

Aulax may cooperate with law enforcement authorities where required by law.

Participants must not:

• harass, threaten, or abuse other participants
• promote discrimination, hate speech, or harassment
• engage in behaviour that may cause harm to individuals or businesses.

Participants must not manipulate feedback systems including:

• posting fake or misleading reviews
• coordinating review campaigns
• submitting defamatory or abusive feedback
• offering incentives in exchange for undisclosed positive reviews.

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences.

Participants must not attempt to circumvent the Platform in order to avoid:

• Aulax fees
• infrastructure systems
• Aulax policies or safeguards.

Activities designed to bypass Aulax processes may result in enforcement action.

Participants must not:

• access or collect Platform data without authorisation
• scrape or harvest personal data from the Platform
• misuse customer or merchant data obtained through Platform interactions.

Personal data must be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Aulax Privacy Policy.

Where violations of this policy occur, Aulax may take action including:

• removal of content or listings
• warning notices
• temporary account restrictions
• suspension or termination of accounts
• restriction of Platform access.

Serious violations may result in immediate suspension and referral to regulatory or law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

This Acceptable Use Policy complements and supports the following Aulax policies:

Where conflicts arise, the applicable contractual agreements shall prevail.

Aulax may update this policy periodically to reflect:

• emerging safety risks
• technological developments
• regulatory changes.

Participants are encouraged to review the policy regularly.
