Delete your
Aulax account

1. Open the Aulax app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select Delete account or store.
4. Choose whether to delete your store or your user account.
5. Confirm.

The app will not delete your user account while either of the following is true:

• You are the sole owner of a store. Transfer ownership to another user, or delete the store first.
• You have an outstanding wallet balance. Settle the balance before deleting.

Resolve the condition and the deletion will proceed.

If you cannot access the app, email support@aulax.app with the subject “Data Protection Request”. Include the email address on the account and, for merchants, your store name. We will verify your identity before acting on the request and respond within 30 days.

• Your name, email address, phone number and profile photo
• Your store profile, business address, opening hours, logo and product listings
• Messages between you and your customers
• Your device identifiers and push notification tokens
• Your in-app activity history

Where we are required to keep a record, we remove or anonymise the personal data that identifies you and retain only what the law requires.
