Aulax operates as infrastructure connecting users and independent merchants, facilitating discovery, communication, and order processing.

Aulax does not manufacture, supply, store, or fulfil merchant goods and does not act as the seller of products or services offered by merchants on the Platform.

All participants using the Platform must interact respectfully and responsibly.

Participants must not engage in behaviour that:

• harasses, threatens, or abuses other participants
• promotes discrimination, hate speech, or harassment
• spreads misinformation intended to harm users or merchants
• disrupts the safe operation of the Platform.

Accounts violating these standards may be subject to enforcement action.

Aulax maintains systems designed to detect and prevent fraudulent activity and protect the integrity of the Platform.

Prohibited activities include:

• creating fake accounts or impersonating individuals or businesses
• submitting fraudulent transactions or manipulating order systems
• abusing promotions or incentives
• attempting to exploit Platform features for deceptive purposes
• conducting activities intended to disrupt or undermine Aulax operations.

Automated monitoring systems may analyse activity on the Platform to identify suspicious patterns and protect its integrity.

Accounts engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity may be restricted, suspended, or permanently removed.

Participants must not attempt to manipulate Platform systems, including:

• discovery algorithms
• search results or rankings
• ratings or feedback systems
• order processing systems.

Attempts to artificially influence Platform visibility, rankings, or reputation systems may result in enforcement action.

The Platform enables users to submit ratings, reviews, and feedback regarding merchants and experiences.

Content submitted must:

• reflect genuine experiences
• avoid defamatory or misleading statements
• avoid abusive, offensive, or unlawful language
• respect intellectual property rights.

Aulax may remove or moderate content that violates Aulax policies.

Aulax operates as an intermediary for user-generated content and does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of opinions expressed by users.

Participants are encouraged to report unsafe behaviour or policy violations.

However, submitting knowingly false, misleading, or malicious reports intended to harm other participants is prohibited and may result in account restrictions.

Merchants using the Platform remain responsible for operating in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Merchants must ensure:

• accurate product listings and pricing
• compliance with food safety and product safety regulations
• appropriate licensing and regulatory approvals
• lawful advertising and marketing practices.

Aulax does not manufacture, store, prepare, or fulfil merchant goods and does not independently verify merchant operations.

Merchants remain responsible for the safety, quality, and legality of goods or services offered through the Platform.

Merchants offering age-restricted products must comply with applicable legal requirements.

Digital verification tools provided through the Service may assist verification but do not replace merchant legal obligations.

Transactions involving restricted goods may be refused if legal age verification cannot be completed.

The Aulax physical-digital infrastructure includes:

• QR codes and the Aulax Order Code
• order verification and collection systems
• digital order management tools
• APIs and Platform software.

Participants must not:

• tamper with Platform systems, QR codes, or order verification
• attempt to falsify order or collection signals
• bypass order or collection verification
• reverse engineer Platform technologies
• interfere with system security or operations.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of Platform access.

Merchants and users must not intentionally attempt to bypass the Platform in order to avoid applicable Aulax processes, fees, or infrastructure services.

Activities designed to circumvent the Platform’s operational systems may result in enforcement action.

Aulax processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws including UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Platform activity may be used to:

• maintain Platform security
• detect fraud and abuse
• improve Aulax services
• support infrastructure integrity.

Users and merchants are encouraged to report activity that may violate this policy, including:

• fraudulent behaviour
• unsafe merchant practices
• harassment or abusive conduct
• manipulation of reviews or ratings
• misuse of Aulax infrastructure.

Reports may be submitted through Aulax support channels.

Where violations of this policy are identified, Aulax may take action including:

• removal of content
• warning notices
• temporary account restrictions
• suspension or permanent account termination
• restriction of Platform access.

Where serious safety risks or unlawful activities are identified, Aulax may cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law.

Aulax continuously monitors activity on the Platform and updates safety procedures in response to evolving risks, regulatory changes, and technological developments.

Policies and moderation practices may be updated periodically to maintain a safe and trusted environment.
